Task Tool: I love lists, probably to a fault. But my lists tend to get unruly and disorganized. This list system is to keep daily tasks on one list and weekly, monthly & yearly on another. I do use my desk calendar as well, but without flipping through the pages I cannot see what is coming up as easily as with these sheets that hang from clipboards for quick viewing and additions. But what I love the most about these tools; I can print as many as I want or need and so can you!

Contact Tool: We use this tool to keep track of who we contacted each week, month and year. Time gets away from me and I soon realize that I have not called my grandparents in weeks. This tool keeps me on track and organized for personal and business contacts. Since you will use the weekly list more, there are extra to provide you with sheets for the year.

Yearly Birthday Tool: Here is the first of our home tools to help you organize and get order in your life. This list is an excellent way to remember “all those birthdays”. I have put my aside for the last two months and guess what? I have forgot EVERYONES birthday within that time. It’s been...well I won’t go into that. SORRY everyone!

Use this list to put together your cards for the year. I try to use homemade cards, this makes it special and far more economical.

Goal Tool: I took a challenge recently to complete 101 goals in 1001 days. As a result of that endeavor, I created this tool to write that list out before turning it into a blog. Although I update the blog as I complete a goal, again, I like to have a visible reminder to look at many times during the day. When we stretch ourselves to formulate far-reaching goals, we awaken the idea of dreams. I found it really easy to write the first column of goals, but then I had to get creative, ambitious, introspective and finally outrageous! But, I know that my list will broaden my horizons and stretch the possibilities.

Fitness Tool: I developed this for my resolution to get lean this year. I have been achieving much success in getting strong and working toward my Black Belt, but I have remained a heavier version of myself that is no longer comfortable on the joints or lower back. Therefore, I needed a good tool to keep track of my fitness goals and the exercise that I am doing to accomplish these goals. It is set up as a three month tracking tool, let me know how you like it!

Garden Tool: Make sure you know your growing zone, your soil type and the needs of each individual plant you are growing. If you do not know your zone, call a nursery or check here. As for your soil, take a five gallon bucket and a shovel into your garden area. Take 8-12 full shovels of dirt from different areas of your area. Put into the bucket or wheelbarrow. Mix it thoroughly and then fill a 1 gallon ziploc bag with your sample. Take this to your local extension office or find a soil analyzer like this one. Check their requirements before sending. This is key because without the correct nutrients your plants will not thrive as you would want. Lastly, make sure you are planting varieties that are good for your area, the amount of sun you get and the type of soil. I spent years planting things because I liked them but did not know anything about them. It seems silly but when a plant tag said part shade, I did not take it seriously. This is why I finally became a Master Gardener, to stop sacrificing my poor plants to the sun.
